Payment
We require a 50% deposit on the placement of the order, only once the 50% deposit has been paid will work begin. The oustanding 50% will be settled upon delivery or collection of the finished product.

Shipping & Delivery
Our prices are quoted ex-factory in Bulawayo. Arrangements for the delivery/shipment of products must be arranged separately.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds and returns only apply to stock items which have not been damaged or tampered with by the customer. Returns and refunds for custom projects should be discussed with Management.

Custom Projects
There is a need to be very specific about requirements of custom projects. It is advisable to provide us with a rough sketch with measurements of the product you desire to avoid any disappointment. Olive Grove is not liable for any incorrect specifications provided and will endevour to produce, as accurately as possible, the product that has been described to us.

Liability
Olive Grove will only be liable for the following issues.
1. Manufacturing defects and faults.

Olive Grove is not liable for the following issues.
1. Improper use or installation of the product.
2. Fire and water damage to the products.
3. Natural textures and grains of the wood used.
4. Natural movement in the wood due to air moisture changes.

Should you have any issues with the products supplied, please bring it to the attention of Management as soon as possible so that a solution may be worked out quickly.

Olive Grove will not use, share, or sell your personal data with any third party. Your personal information shall only be used to best serve our customer’s needs.
